To say that the concert was worth the two year wait is an understatement. I am consistently amazed each time I hear your songs on my CDs so to hear you guys live was an experience I can hardly describe. Thank you so much for doing that show for us. I hope it’s one of many.

Okay I wasn’t there. Only got to experience on youtube. So if you want to delete my comment here you can.
    But I loved the show.
    You guys are all great.
And Neal as I have said so many times you are the greatest guitar player in the world.
I loved watching you and David share the same mic. Really a great experience for me.
Though I love Anodyne and Til I’m Blue because of the Declaration Tour, I also love the song Vera and it was great to see and hear it performed live. And I have a new interest: Circles Anthem. I really liked that and want to listen and watch it more.
I think it was a great show.
I hope you guys, Neal, David, Andy, Kyle and well Monty lol stay together forever as David Cook and The Anthemic and here and there, as Midwest Kings.

Not sure what to say unless I need to request for more MWK music. Amazing concert….everything I was hoping for. I have waited for the music these past several months. Not disapponted at all. Everything I had hoped for.

Yes, writing something on this site isn’t intimidating at all. Like playing basketball in front of Michael Jordan. Anyhoo…I’m not like, talented with like words and stuff.

Concert? Mind melting. I’m trying to find a way to describe it that’s not a cliche, but I can’t. It just plain rocked. Everyone was obviously having fun, amazing music, the start of the concert with Kyle on the drums and then the opening chords of “Vera”…Nick Gibson…oh…and it rocked.

Neal, you can string some words together.(I’m understating that make a subtle point.) Haven’t listened to anything but mwk all week, and it’s getting better and better. Amazing talent.

I’m gushing like an idiot. But my words don’t do it justice.

I’m off to YouTube. Someone do a better review than I did.

It was like a dream! I couldn’t believe that the show was actually happening & that I was there. It was completely perfect. I have wanted to hear Andy sing live for so long. And to hear Andy singing Neal’s words, Neal with his awesomeness, Joey, Kyle, & David being the amazing guys that they are. There is just no other way to describe it besides Perfect.

This show was definitely one of the highlights of my life. I seriously mean it comes in 4th, behind getting married and having each of my 2 children. It was that incredible.

I wrote a very lengthy recap & posted it here: http://davidcookofficial.com/us/blog/february-18-2010-midwest-kings-rock-tulsa-reunited-and-it-feels-so-good

Thank you, Neal, Andy, David, Joey, and Kyle for an amazing night!

Unbelievable! Had been listening to MWK since that “one guy” won American Idol. Love the blending of Andy and Dave’s voices. Love the amazing lyrics and Neal’s guitar. Snatched up my tickets in December and was not disappointed. The beginning chords of Vera were mesmorizing. The rockin’ of Call to Arms incredible. The strobe light ending of Til I’m Blue perfect! So looking forward to another MWK gathering – fingers crossed. Unforgettable night!
